This means that our body physical and spiritual vibrates at a certain speed as well, our higher spiritual bodies vibrate at a higher speed then the ones closer to the physical body. What is happening when we go into higher dimensions, and the whole planet is, our physical body will start to adjust to it, but it’s not easy since it is vibrating at a very slow speed, reason many are feeling it physically as well. This will keep on going until we are able to hold our spiritual bodies into our physical body There are many ways to do this, Sananda and Ashtar have given me the Blue Light Star system that actually helps adjusting the physical body and speeds up the process of adjusting. It also raises the vibration of the reiki energy and all the other healing energies people use, since all the healing system we have are 3rd dimensional and we are going into higher vibrations than that.
